I helped design Nissan’s first fully immersive customization app—built to simplify the incredibly complex accessory and color options across the entire Nissan lineup, with the highly customizable Juke as the hero example. The tablet-based experience let customers explore at home, save their build, and finalize it at the dealership.

The app transformed hundreds of choices into a clean, modular user journey. Drivers could start with core features like drivetrain, then dive into detailed exterior options including accent trims, rocker panels, fog lamp insets, and rims. Inside, the interface showcased the Juke’s most advanced personalization—custom-colored center consoles and door panels, audio upgrades, Smart Cruise Control, ambient lighting, and performance seat packages.

Every change updated in real time, making it easy for users to build a Juke that was as simple or as expressive as they wanted. The result was a seamless, fun, highly visual experience that turned a once-overwhelming set of options into an exciting, confidence-building customization tool.
